CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jin has previously worked as a choreographer (contemporary dance) and performing arts producer when she lived in South Korea. After she moved to the United States, she concentrated on documentary film production and direction starting in 2008. She is especially dedicated to the development of educational documentaries (including training videos), art videos, and large themed documentaries on any subject that has become a leading social issue of the day. She successfully collaborated with the Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) and the Trinity Broadcasting System in Korea, as well as MVI Post, FPA, and Maniglia Media. She enjoys interviewing various people from all social and economic levels and which, in return, broadens her understanding and grasp of today’s world. She is always curious about world phenomenon keeps her eyes and ears open to observe and analyze from many different angles. To produce and develop new ideas and present those ideas on film for the public’s use is her ultimate goal!

FRANK MANIGLIA
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Thirty five-year veteran Cinematographer Frank Maniglia, Jr. is one of the best high-end directors of photography on the East Coast, earning three Emmys, innumerable industry awards and nominations, and the respect of television producers throughout the country. He was President of MVI Post, one of the top production/post production facilities in the nation and earned an outstanding reputation across the industry as Producer, Director, Director of Photography, and Editor, creating a dynamic body of work in documentaries, specials, industrial films, public service announcements, and broadcast programs.
Frank’s background allows him to bring a distinctive vision to every project. His clients include Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Animal Planet, The Learning Channel, The History Channel, Discovery Wings and Discovery International, non-governmental organizations like United Way of America, and government entities like NASA, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), HUD (Housing Urban Development).

GARY CHRISTIAN
WRITER / PRODUCER
Gary is an accomplished writer and editor of video and film projects with more than twenty-five years of experience. He has developed concepts and scripts for Fortune 500 companies, national associations, non-profits, and broadcast networks. Gary specializes in working with a variety of styles to educate, train and motivate a wide range of audiences. Gary has been honored with multiple awards for his work with FedEx Express creating a new hire orientation video, also awards for a ten-year project with the Hilton/Early Head Start Training Program creating videos used by Head Start communities across the country. He also has scripted and directed program opens for HBO Sports and ESPN in addition to dozens of award-winning programs for corporate clients like JP Morgan, PepsiCo, Towers Watson, and others.

NAYOUNG LEE
PRODUCER
NaYoung is a choreographer who modernizes Korean traditional dance, works in an educational institution, and is a producer who focuses on visualizing performing arts. She specialized in archiving culture and visualizing records based on data/interviews collected through various fieldwork during her doctoral program in ethnology.
Starting with her participation in the production of <Dancer of the Century Choi Seung-hee>, a KBS broadcast commemorative piece for the 2002 World Cup, she has been researching various cultural records and the modernization of traditional culture according to changes in human history.
Recently, she has been focusing on the disabled who are in the blind spot of social welfare and the elderly issues due to the super-aging society, and is currently developing a program to encourage social support for these two groups by expanding the scope of her research.

MONIQUE BLYTHER
PRODUCER / DIRECTOR
Monique Blyther is a Jill of all trades involving multimedia, with over 10 years of experience in digital news production.
Upon graduating with honors from George Mason University with a degree in Journalism, Monique began her journalistic career at Gannett Company where she served as Assistant Producer, overseeing the digital production of national print publications. With interests in broadcast journalism, Monique moved on to become Senior Technical Advisor with Fairfax Public Access Channel 10, where she took on many duties — among them assisting with the production of live and prerecorded TV shows, and teaching production courses to students with various aspirations within the field.
During that time Monique hosted her first radio show, “Real Talk Radio,” and produced her first television series, “Smart Mom.” In less than six months, this TV series earned 2.5 million views online and several thousand followers. Her internet success served as a gateway to her next opportunity as Producer for Time Warner Cable.
For five years Monique produced entertainment content for twcc.com and managed its social media presence. When the company was acquired by Charter Communications, she decided to follow her deep-rooted passion for radio by joining the Traffic Center at WTOP.
Monique is freelance Traffic Reporter for the station and continues to teach video production at FPA Channel 10. Additionally, Monique is studying Digital Marketing at Georgetown University. In her free time, she relishes in exploring new adventures with her favorite media star — her son.

BRANDON GALLAGHER
GAFFER
Brandon Gallagher is an electrician and member of IATSE Local 487, nearing a decade of commitment to the craft and study of filmmaking. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Maryland, College Park, Brandon secured internships with both his alma mater's marketing department and Maniglia Media. At the Washington Source for Lighting, he honed his skills and knowledge in lighting, electrical distribution, and equipment repairs. He has established himself as a competent and dependable set and rigging electrician with experience in commercial, corporate, documentary, live event, and narrative film and television.
